Good news for all Nordea payment cardholders

Starting July 24th, 2006, Nordea is raising existing payment card 24h limits. Previous standard 24h limits - LVL 300 for debit cards and LVL 400 - for credit cards, are being raised to LVL 500 for debit cards and LVL 1000 for credit cards.

Current 24h limits are kept, as is, however the customer has option to raise the 24h limits in accordance with the new 24h limit standards with no extra charge. Payment card 24h limits can be raised by:

- Using Nordea Internetbank’s mail service
- Calling Nordea Contact Center at +371 7 096 096 and using electronic services identification codes
- Submitting application at any convenient Nordea Customer Service Center

Card 24h limits include cash withdraws at ATM’s and POS transactions.

Nordea customers have the opportunity to request greater 24h limits. Also, 24h limits can be raised for just a certain period of time, for instance, when planning extended vacation or a shopping spree.
