Unbelievable mortgage: Tekstiliana offers new loan opportunities to the buyers of apartments!

Real-estate developer Capitolia Group in cooperation with the Nordea has introduced to the market an unbelievable mortgage loan offer only for the buyers of the new housing project Tekstiliana, informs Moshe Ritblat, head of Capitolia Group.

This means that the new buyers of the apartments can receive the confirmation on the allocation of the mortgage loan already now, but payments to the bank will start only 2 years later – when the project is put into commission.

The new mortgage loan offer is convenient for those people who, for example, rent an apartment at the moment but plan to buy their own new housing in the near future. They can choose a suitable apartment now, but start paying for it only when the house is ready and they have moved into their new apartment. Thus, instead of paying a rent, they will start repaying the loan for their new apartment. On the other hand, for the people who already have their own real estate but want to improve the quality of their living in future, this is an opportunity, not investing money at once now, to choose their new apartment postponing selling their existing property for 1,5-2 years when the time is suitable for this.

Also, the buyers will have a guarantee on their opportunity to receive a loan. A special low-interest rate will be confirmed already now – starting with RIGIBOR or  EURIBOR + 0,6%, but not more than + 0,8%, which is currently the lowest interest rate on the market. The loan is provided by the Nordea bank for up to 40 years.
