Recomenndations, reviews, claims or questions you can submit in writing

More detailed summary of the problem will help us to find solution as quickly as possible and give answer to you.

Answer to recommendation or claim bank shall be deliver to the applicant in the same way (orally or in writing) and using the same means of communication (telephone, internetbank, e-mail, mail), in which the respective recommendation or claim was received.
