Regarding the replacement of automatic payment with electronic regular invoice payment (ERRA) service
We remind you that as of 1 January 2015, automatic payment will be replaced by electronic regular invoice payment (ERRA) service.
Customers who are currently using the automatic payment service are welcome to verify whether the company currently providing this service plans to introduce automatic payment with electronic regular invoice payment (ERRA) service. The list of companies which will offer invoice payment by using the ERRA service is available here.
In case the company does not offer such a service, as of 1 January 2015, the customer will have to make particular payments him/herself. This can be performed in the Nordea Netbank or Nordea Client Service Centers.
