In March we invite to praise excellent service
Nordea Bank is about to participate in the campaign “Praise Excellent Service” that will take place throughout Latvia from 1 to 31 March. During the campaign the clients are invited to appreciate and praise the excellent and competent customer service thereby helping improve the customer service culture in Latvia even more.
Antra Bergmane, Member of the Board and Deputy Head of Retail of Nordea Bank: “The clients’ appreciation is one of the highest rewards for our work. A professional, friendly and individual customer service is a distinctive characteristic of Nordea. On a daily basis the client is working with its bank consultant, yet behind every loan or deposit agreement, behind each payment card that is issued and any other service provided by the bank there is the Nordea's team working. Our participation in this campaign is a proof of the fact that a high level of customer service culture is the basic value of our whole team consisting of 520 workers.”
The clients of Nordea Bank can express their views and praise the Bank's employees for an excellent service by completing a questionnaire at any of the Nordea's customer service units throughout Latvia or electronically at the campaign organisers’ web page, as well as by calling to the information line number 1188 or by sending a free SMS message to 1188 with the code MARTS together with the appraisal.
