“Global Finance” has named Nordea one of the world's TOP 50 safest banks
The respectable financial magazine “Global Finance” has included Nordea in its list of the 50 safest banks in the world. This year Nordea takes 26th place among the TOP 50 safest banks in the world, and 15th place in the category “World's TOP 50 safest commercial banks”. Nordea is also recognised as the best bank among the Nordic countries.
Each year the international financial magazine “Global Finance” prepares a list of the world's TOP 50 safest banks. The list is based on the long-term credit ratings — provided by “Moody’s”, “Standard & Poor’s” and “Fitch” — of the world's 500 largest banks and on the banks’ total assets.
“Global Finance” is an international monthly magazine that was established in 1987. Each year “Global Finance” announces the world's best companies working in the financial sector. These awards have become an acknowledged and reliable standard of excellence.
