Individual documents and parts of the Site may include special terms to be applied in addition to these terms. The use of the Solo service shall be governed by the Solo agreement terms.

The service provider reserves the right to update the Site and to discontinue the provision of access to the Site at any time. The service provider shall not be liable for any expenses, losses or damages arising out of the use of the Site even if the service provider or its representative had had knowledge of an error in the service.

Restrictions concerning the use of the sites and concerning legal action

The information contained in the Site may under no circumstances be considered an advice or request to buy or sell or a recommendation by any of the service providers, unless the Bank expressly notifies to the contrary. The same applies to all jurisdictions where the law does not allow the making of offers or recommendations, or giving advices. The information contained in the Site cannot be considered a binding offer made by the provider of such information, unless otherwise expressly specified in connection with such information. Information on the website does not constitute an offer to sell or buy securities or other financial instruments nor an advice or recommendation to take such an action. Legally binding relation to be taken with the Bank is always based on a separate service agreement.

The Bank may give advices concerning the taxation or investment. The Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage or action done on ground of the Bank's advice.

Information provided by a third party

The links provided on the Site are meant for informative use only. The service provider is not liable for any material provided or published by a third party even if such material can be accessed through a potential link on the Site. Such third parties shall have to publish on its own sites the information concerning itself that is required by legislation, and the service provider is not liable for any missing or inadequate information.

E-mail on the internet

The users of the Site are reminded that the confidentiality of e-mail messages sent via public network cannot be guaranteed. The users should not forward personal data or other confidential messages to the Bank via e-mail. The Bank or other service providers are not liable to carry out orders or instructions submitted via public e-mail. The Bank is entitled, if requested by the customer, to provide general information via e-mail to the e-mail address defined by the customer. The Bank shall not be held liable for losses and damages occurred by any disappearance or transformation of such a message.

Immaterial rights

Companies belonging to Nordea AB (publ) group or a third party, if expressly specified, retain the ownership, copyright (c) and all other immaterial rights of the Site. All rights are reserved for all countries. The publication, reproduction, transferral or storage of the contents of the Site in whole or in part is forbidden unless a copyright, ownership or immaterial rights holder has granted permission for such an action. The prohibition does not apply to storage on a computer or printing for personal use only. The contents may be quoted according to the Latvian Copyright Act (Autortiesību likums). When the contents are quoted the source shall have to be indicated. The trademarks or logos included in the Site may, however, not be reproduced, published or distributed without the Bank's written permission.
