Documents to be submitted

• Filled application form 
• Company's establishment documents: statutes, registration certificate, tax payer certificate (copies) 
• Company's annual review for the previous year, balance, profit or loss account for the quarter or half-year 
• Proxy for submitting and signing the documents if the document submitter and signer has no signatury powers in the company
