20 Letters of credit

20.1 Import letter of credit (L/C)
20.1.1 Charge for L/C issuing
- Issuing comission of L/C	0.2% of amount for 3 month, min. Ls 100
- Letter of credit comission	by agreement
20.1.2 Documentary comission	0.25% of amount, min. Ls 60
20.1.3 Changes	60.-
20.1.4 Cancellation of L/C	60.-
20.1.5 Return of discrepant documents	60.-
20.1.6 Comission for deferrent payment/acceptance (additional where Documentary Credit provides deferred payment, acceptance)	0.15% for every 90 days, min. 75.-
20.1.7 Comission of dissonant document (deducted from L/C beneficiary)	60.-
20.2 Export Letter of Credit (L/C)
20.2.1 Preliminary advice of L/C	40.-

20.2.6 Comission for taking up documents (applied if credit is available with Nordea Bank Finland Plc Latvia branch)	0.15% for every 90 days, min. 75.-
20.2.7 Comission for deferred payment/acceptance (addtional where Documentary Credit provides deferred payment, acceptance):
- If L/C is unconfirmed by Nordea Bank Finland Plc Latvia	0.15% for every 90 days, min. 75.-
- if L/C is confirmed by Nordea Bank Plc Latvia	0.1% for every 30 days, min 75.-
20.2.8 Cancellation of L/C	60.-

20.3 Transferable L/C
20.3.1 Transferable L/C transfere	0.3% of amount, min. 100
20.4 Sum assignment of L/C
