Nordea offers Bronze, Silver and Gold customer status and special terms for young people, seniors and families within the framework of Nordea customer advantages programme. Starting with the Bronze customer status every next level provides even more benefits and advantages.
 

We highly value the loyalty of our customers and successful long-term cooperation. For this reason, we have developed the Customer Advantage Programme, offering Bronze, Silver, and Gold customer status as well as special terms for young people, seniors, and families.

The Customer Advantage Programme is based on the wishes and needs of our customers.

Having assessed the level of financial education of our customers and their ability to develop a balanced personal budget, while taking care of savings the status of a customer in the Customer Advantage Programme will be determined depending on the amount of the customer's savings and investments, income paid to the customer's account in Nordea Bank, and the amount of bank products used by the customer.

The Nordea Customer Advantage Programme is family-oriented – the terms for bank services is more favourable for families using the bank's services and pooling their savings in Nordea Bank.

Depending on your contribution to our cooperation, every next level, starting with Bronze customer status, provides even more benefits and advantages.

Depending on the volume of banking services used you raise your status in the Customer Advantage Program that provides essential advantages – more favorable terms and reduced costs for various banking services as well as the opportunity to settle your financial transactions faster and easier.

To achieve a higher status and qualify for the advantages:

  • Start using new Nordea banking services
  • Transfer other financial deals and savings to Nordea
  • Unite all your family transactions and savings in Nordea

 

By uniting the transactions of your family (two adults and children under 18) in Nordea Bank the amount of funds and bank services used will be summed up allowing you to qualify for a higher status and enjoy even more advantages.

In order to become Bronze, Silver and Gold customers, the aggregate transaction amount of you and your family with the bank and the number of services used should be the following:

Any Nordea customer may become a member of the Customer Advantage Program and the customer status is granted automatically as soon as the threshold conditions are met.
Any customer in the age from 18 to 26, who uses a personal account with the Netbank, may qualify for our Youth Program and become a Check-in customer.

Seniors over 60 are granted Silver or Gold status under easier conditions. The customer has to reach the total amount of savings determined in the Nordea Client Advantage Programme and use at least two bank services to obtain Gold status or one service to obtain Silver status.

The total amount of savings includes the following:

  • Average current account balance
  • Amount of investments:

  • Index-linked bonds
  • Endowment insurance
  • 3rd pillar pensions
  • Transferable securities

The number of Nordea bank services and amount is calculated at the end of each month.

You and your family are welcome to apply for Nordea Customer Advantage Program:

  • By filling in the application in Nordea Netbank under section Applications or by calling the Contact Center at                  (+371) 67 096 096
  • At any Nordea Customer Service Unit

Offer for Nordea customers, who have reached the age of 60, to receive the status and advantages of the Gold or Silver customer in a very simple way. In order to become Bronze, Silver or Gold customer, the total volume of your own or your family’s transactions and the number of services used in the bank must be the following:
