The Customer Advantage Programme is based on the wishes and needs of our customers, and it has not changed for almost 10 years. However, seeing how the needs of our customers and their habits in using financial services have changed, as of November 1 we have also introduced changes to the Customer Advantage Programme.
Having assessed the level of financial education of our customers and their ability to develop a balanced personal budget, while taking care of savings, from now on, the status of a customer in the Customer Advantage Programme will be determined depending on the amount of the customer's savings and investments, income paid to the customer's account in Nordea Bank, and the amount of bank products used by the customer.
The Nordea Customer Advantage Programme will continue to be family-oriented – the terms for bank services will be more favourable for families using the bank's services and pooling their savings in Nordea Bank.
