Customer advantage programme

The customer advantage programme of Nordea offers three customer level statuses – Bronze, Silver and Gold - and special terms to young people, seniors and families.

From the Bronze customer status up, each next level brings increasing gains and advantages.

Concentrating the transactions of family members (adults and two underage children below 18) in Nordea the volume of your funds and the range of banking products used will be scored together. Thereby

  • it speeds up the attainment of a superior customer status
  • you will get better terms for the bank’s services.
  • handling disbursements, payments and other financial transactions will be faster, cheaper and easier.

Seniors over 60 are granted Silver or Gold status, when the aggregate of savings and loans required by the Nordea customer advantage programme is attained, disregarding the number of services used.


Rules for customer advantage programme

In order to become Bronze, Silver and Gold customers, the aggregate transaction amount of you and your family with the bank and the number of services used should be the following:


* LVL or equivalent amount in other currency.
