Silver customers
To become a Silver customer,
- the aggregate of savings and loans shall be 3 000 LVL or an equivalent amount in other currency
- quarterly account turnover shall be minimum 300 LVL
- at least 3 services of the bank used
Silver customer advantages
- 25% discount on monthly fees of payment cards
- lower interest rates to overdraft, consumption loan and lease
- better terms for a mortgage loan
- better terms for investment and savings products
- higher interest rate to savings accounts and term deposits
- special offers to other products and services of the bank

It is important to be aware that, with the volumes of transactions and used services reduced, for instance, upon maturity of a mortgage loan, the obtained customer status can be downgraded.
