  • Plan your agenda according to your wishes and not according to the business hours of the bank; the consultation is also available outside the regular business hours.
  • Agree with the consultant on the theme of conversation in advance, the consultant will be prepared and it will make the conversation shorter.


What is Online Consultation?

Online consultation is a flexible means to do your banking anywhere – at your home, office or summer cottage. You will need a computer, an Internet connection, a telephone and Nordea's access codes.

You need to be logged in to Nordea Netbank to participate an online meeting.  In an online consultation you can discuss any questions related to your finances, for example, your savings, investments, cards, consumer credits and insurance. You will be shown related material and calculations on your computer screen, while you are discussing your banking on the phone or by using computer headset with a microphone.

If You don’t have valid Netbank agreement then You are still able to participate in the online meeting. In this case adviser sends You meeting invitation which includes unique meeting link with secure e-mail. Before meeting starts please make sure that you are able to open in your computer the online meeting link. Read more about technical requirements.

Online meetings are available on work days between 09:00 – 20:00 and the meeting time is agreed with the Consultant in advance.

Join the online consultation

Log on to Nordea Netbank and open your Netbank mailbox. Find the meeting confirmation in your mailbox and click on the link, in order to join the meeting.

If you are using an iPad  or iPhone for the Online meeting, please download Pexip app before you log in to Online meeting. Open App Store  and use search criterion  Pexip. Download Pexip Infinity Connect Mobile app.

Wait until your adviser has joined the online meeting. In case of errors, contact your adviser by telephone.  You are able to share the video during the online meeting if You would like to.

  • You will receive a confirmation message about the Online consultation in your e-mail.


Prepare for an Online consultation

  • Read the invitation to Online meeting and the agenda in your e-mail.
  • Test the compatibility of your computer.


At the start of the consultation

  • Open e-mail about Online consultation.
  • If during the consultation you will not be able to use comupter headset with microphone, in the letter you will find the phone number and access code to be able to communicate with your financial adviser by telephone.


Join the Online consultation

Join the Online consultation by clicking the consultation link in your e-mail (regardless of whether you will use phone or comupter headset with a microphone to communicate).

  • If you are using a computer, e-mail will transfer you to the Lync Web App page. Allow the plug-in to run.
  • Type your name and click 'Join the consultation'.
  • If you are using an iPad or a Windows tablet, install Lync 2013 in the tablet before joining the consultation
  • Wait until you are admitted to the consultation.


You can use an iPad or a Windows tablet for the online consultation if you have a Wifi connection and you have installed Lync 2013 in your iPad or Windows tablet.

Test the working of the online consultation

We suggest You to Test Your device before Online meeting starts.

For participating in Online meetings using iPad or iPhone, you need Pexip application. If You don’t have Pexip application already you can download it in advance or when you will activate meeting link from invitation, you will be directed to App Store and offered to download respective application.

Use with mobile devices

If You are using iPad or iPhone, at first Pexip application opens. If You haven’t downloaded Pexip application in advance, when you will activate meeting link from invitation, you will be directed to App Store and offered to download respective application.

Install the Lync 2013 before the online consultation. For the time being, it is not possible to participate in an online consultation with an Android tablet.

On the page under the link you are prompted to allow the plug-in to run, type your name and join the consultation. If you can access the virtual lobby, you will know that everything works as it should.
