In order to become Nordea Netbank’s user, you have to sign an agreement in any of Nordea customer units. Additional information can be received by phoning 67 096 096.

In case of loss or theft of your electronic identification card or in the event you have doubts about safety of the codes, immediately call Nordea Contact Center per phone 67 096 096 and block access to e-services. The above line is available for blocking access to e-services 24 hours a day. During the working hours of the Bank, access to the services can also be blocked at any Nordea Customer Service Unit.
