Telephone bank

If you are Nordea customer, but Internet is not always available, you can use telephone bank’s services. You will need only your Netbank’s authorisation codes and a phone. Telepnone bank’s services are available on by phoning (+371) 67 096 096.

Telephone bank allows you to use the same services as Netbank. By using telephone bank you can:

  • find out account status and make payments
  • apply for deposits and find out their status
  • apply for new bank’s services and products
  • receive answers to questions about bank’s services etc.
