Remote service possibilities

Remote services – Nordea Netbank and Nordea mobile netbank is a convenient option to check the balance of the card account and the payment history and also supplement the balance of the account. Moreover, these services can also be used by contacting one’s private banker.

Card security

Your PIN code (personal identification number) which you receive together with the card and which is known to you only deprive other persons from accessing your funds. Each time you use the card, the PIN code serves as your signature, wherewith you confirm that you are entitled to dispose of the monetary means accessible via this payment card. In the event the card is lost or stolen, please contact Nordea Payment Card Department 67 096 000 or your private banker 67 005 006. The operation of the card will be suspended to avoid unauthorized use of the card.
